Blue Professional Services was established with the sole objective of becoming a customer focused business working with major corporates in formal Preferred Supplier Agreements. This is in line with the backgrounds of the key personnel of the company and is the way in which we like to approach business. Initially we have worked around the periphery of formal agreements in order to demonstrate our capability and commitment, and in a short space of time we have successfully secured a number of contracts.

Many recruitment organisations strive to provide something unique to their clients. In reality the only thing truly unique to each organisation is the individual(s) within that organisation who deliver the service. It is here where we believe we are on our strongest ground. Our key personnel have, on average, over 15 years of IT recruitment experience which is quite unique in an industry characterised by a high turnover of personnel.

Our business model allows our staff to service their clients from the office, home, remotely or on a client site if necessary. Our database is a hosted application which can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world. Similarly we can access to numerous CV databases and can be extremely responsive to any client requirement.

Blue Professional Services was formed in 2005 and is a young, dynamic and innovative organisation with a team of consultants that offer over 100 years of experience in the UK IT recruitment sector.
