Our strength is in building winning teams. This means we can help our clients with management and commercial roles from board level positions through to key senior hires.

Established in 2001 by a small team of experienced search professionals, Enigma has grown to include other successful partners and senior consultants, each with their own niche focus. Alongside this, we have also recruited from industry to give us an unrivalled understanding and network within our target markets.

We have a strong focus on our core markets and a team of consultants with a passion for working in their specialist sectors. We also have the ability to have fun at work; if you enjoy what you do, it doesn’t feel like “work”.

We’re based in a great office in a railway arch next to Waterloo (it’s better than it sounds…). There is a very flat management structure as we try to be as non-hierarchical as possible. We have a social culture where people are keen to celebrate success, but we don’t lose sight of the fact that our role is to find the best jobs for the best talent.
