Justin Hayward
Managing Director
Justin Hayward formed Make It Rain in 2008. He created a boutique search and social agency that is focused on delivering best-of-breed campaigns.
Justin has considerable
commercial expertise in growing successful online agencies. Prior to launching Make It Rain, Justin was instrumental in developing the London business for Latitude, which became the largest and most successful independent search agency in Europe. At Make It
Rain, in addition to building the business portfolio, Justin specialises in developing advanced online business strategies to generate high-performance results across PPC, SEO and social media, and driving online brand value.
Justin has
over 13 years’ experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on search and social media. He has previously held senior positions in-house at Best Western, the world’s largest hotel chain, and agency-side with leading agencies Tequila, TBWA\Digerati
and Latitude. Justin’s client campaigns cover UK and global briefs for brands including David Lloyd, Boden, totaljobs, Alliance & Leicester, Betfair, HSBC and British Red Cross.
Justin is a regular speaker on the search marketing circuit
and a trainer of choice for eConsultancy, providing practical advice to marketers and brand-owners looking to embark on or improve their search, SEO and social media programmes.
Mike Fantis

Fantis has six years’ experience in search engine marketing, specialising in PPC strategy as a client, specialist search marketing consultant and within media agencies, including Manning Gottlieb OMD and Latitude. Mike is a respected authority on PPC and regularly
contributes to industry forums, advising eConsultancy members on strategy and performance.
As Head of Paid Search for Make It Rain, Mike develops PPC & SEO strategy for premium online brands including Best Western, David Lloyd and Burgess,
the super yacht industry leader. He is responsible for ensuring high performance across the company’s portfolio and developing bespoke campaigns that outperform competitors.
Mike’s search marketing experience spans blue-chip brands in
major search verticals including Virgin Media, Skype, and Merlin Group.
Luke Regan
Head of SEO and Social Media
Luke Regan is an expert in social media and SEO, with five years’ dedicated expertise in creating
and integrating online campaigns that maximise the potential of social and search for brands such as Tesco, Skype, DMGT and The Post Office.
In his role as Head of SEO and Social Media for Make It Rain, Luke is responsible for the creation
and execution of SEO and Social Media strategy for brands in the UK, Europe, US and Asia.
Prior to joining Make It Rain, Luke was Head of Social Media for respected agency Latitude. Luke is well known in search and social media circles
providing expert comment on the brand impact of social in publications including the Financial Times, Marketing and Internet Retailing.
