Our Culture
Working at Onalytica brings with it the opportunity to take part in both internal and external activities. One night you might find yourself eating Caribbean influenced food in our kitchen (that disguises itself very well as a bar in the evening) listening
to a live blues band, and another you may be sat next to your colleague in the IMAX cinema wearing funny glasses.
Internally we organise team lunches once or twice a week, meet twice a month for a company briefing session and attend
work related events and conferences, both nationally and abroad.
