Ravello is a specialist recruitment consultancy. Our core markets are:

1. Anything to do with the digital and new media sector,
2. The traditional software sector,
3. Mobile telecoms (infrastructure and apps development) and
4. Consultancy and Outsourcing.

We cover both permanent and contract roles, and recruit both in the technical space (web developers, mobile apps developers, android, iPhone etc, project managers, web infrastructure support etc.) as well as for commercial roles (such as business development, account management, client services, SEO, SEM, web analytics, company management).

We are based in London, but recruit across EMEA and into the US for some of our global clients.

The first company in the Ravello Group was founded back in 2002 in Weybridge. Having outgrown our old offices, we moved up to London and have been based on the South Bank, next to Waterloo station ever since.

We have a strong focus on our core markets and a team of consultants with a passion for working in their specialist sectors. Also the ability to have fun at work. If you enjoy what you do, it doesn’t feel like “work.”

We’re based in a great office in a railway arch next to Waterloo (it’s better than it sounds…). There is a very flat management structure as we try to be as non-hierarchical as possible. We have a social culture where people are keen to celebrate success, but we don’t lose sight of the fact that our role is to find the best jobs for the best talent.
