Toastlovesyou is a vibrant New Media Recruitment company based in both East Sussex and London.

At Toast we have a small team of specialist consultants dedicated to finding the right applicants for our clients and the right clients for our applicants so we are 100% people focussed.

The New Media Sector is very fast and interesting one and many of our clients are involved in the TV/Film or Games sector so we are constantly on the look out for creative, digitally minded people.

We are all different here at Toast and so we each have a different role to play. So who are we? Well these are some of the people on our ever expanding team...

Jemma (Founder)

Having owned a very successful IT recruitment company from 1991 to 2002 - which had 4 offices across the UK and a fleet of 1,000 contractors - the New Media sector has proved a great new place to practice her skills.


Michael (Client Services)

Having graduated in 2008, the student in him couldn't let go and he continued to 'live-off-a-pittance-and-not-cook' his way around the world. Having got that out of his system, he now feels right at home heading up all Client Services positions at Toast.

Nick (Development)

Our very own in house Techi master of the google search. If you need someone with a development background, Nick has the skills to hunt them out.

Jack (Design)

Joining us from a very creative background, Jack has worked in the New Media recruitment sector over the last 3 years while at the same time being a singer/songwriter.

Rob (Project Management)

Coming from the HR section of one of the UK's major banks, he brings corporate style to Toast's rather more creative personality, and has copious amounts of energy that sees him bouncing around the office all day long!

Alison (Admin)

Toast very own English Rose after finishing University in 2008, she caught the traveling bug, but now has her sights firmly fixed on ensuring Toast is 100% organised and balancing out the boy-girl ratio.
