Xchangeteam was founded in 1999.

This means we cover freelance and permanent roles in both digital and traditional media, across the widest breadth of markets (integrated marketing, media, PR & communications, internal communications, public affairs, design, editorial, digital, events and advertising).

We have created specific programmes such as Next Generation (graduates) and InterXchange (non-UK professionals) to tackle skills shortages; we have introduced the Xpoints Rewards Programme, a leap forward in rewarding the freelance talent we represent so we ensure we attract the best; ; the founders of the MMC Code of Practice, part of the REC, our industry body and our CEO Emma Brierley has written and published "Talent on Tap" advising companies on how to get the best out of freelance talent.
