About Me

I am a 40 year old Chartered Surveyor, Executive Search Consultant & Internet Real Estate Information Entrepreneur

I live in Lincolnshire and work from Mayfair, London in the international commercial real estate markets.

I graduated from the RAC, Cirencester in property Estate Management in 1993 and trained as a Surveyor, qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and FAAV in 1995. I worked for 5 years as a Chartered Surveyor in Asset Management and Agency; leaving the leisure consultancy Fleury Manico (now Humberts Leisure) in October 1998. In the same year I moved into real estate search and selection in London. In 2003, I co-founded Buckley Prichard International (BPI) with Dan Prichard, taking a major part in developing BPI's impressive track record and brand. During the last 10 years I have recruited across all sectors of the real estate world from senior to board level for the worlds top commercial real estate firms, in London, the UK and internationally.

I was recently also appointed Joint Managing Director/Shareholder of Freeman Business Information PLC and I am in the process of building and launching an online collaborative businesses http://www.PropEagle.com
