About Me

Over the years I have worked on various projects both large and small. My clients included all Local Authorities, Transport for London, British Rail, Cross Rail, Royal Household & MoD sites, Builders/Developers of all sizes, BT Contractors and also various groups within BT. I am familiar with all aspects of planning, analysing client projects and finding cost/time efficient solutions and have used all in house computer programmes to assist me in my work.

I have dealt with every aspect of these projects. This includes receiving initial proposals from a client, preparing budget estimates based on their plan, then on to detailed design by carrying out surveys and trying to give clients the best solution relative to the initially proposed plans. Once the detail design/costs for diversions are accepted by all parties I was then responsible for issuing and execution of the work. Throughout the scheme, I was expected to anticipate and control any deviation of costs/time and keep all parties informed on progress.
