About Me
Mark Bamber is a mobile strategist, avid technologist and 360º content specialist. Most recently Mark has been working as a mobile apps consultant for the BBC and co-founded a start-up that has developed a location aware, mobile shopping & loyalty platform
that enables consumers to locate money saving discounts, consumer products and mobile coupons via their phone.
Mark is a forward thinking and entrepreneurial individual with over 12 years international experience covering all forms of
digital media including interactive web, mobile and apps. solid knowledge of digital in all its forms including commercialisation of products, rich media integration, social media, product development, advertising integration, project management, technology
and procurement.
Previously Mark was the Director of Digital at Viacom Brand Solutions International, the in-house advertising agency of MTV Networks Europe. At VBSI Mark was responsible for leading the brand integration strategy, creating
and producing co-branded advertising campaigns for MTV’s Pan-European and International clients including Vodafone, Swatch, Ford, Esprit, HP and more.
Previous to VBSI, Mark worked for MTV Networks International as the Director of Mobile
where he managed the international production and operations team and oversaw all aspects of MTV’s multi-territory mobile output, products and content distribution including Mobile TV, Video, Mobile Web, Personalisation content and Mobile Games.
