About Me
In all the positions I have held I have been the first point of contact for internal and external clients, both on the telephone and face-to-face. My last experience as PA enabled me to play an active role in a team where cooperation was an essential element in achieving goals.In all my administrative and financial tasks I’ve displayed a professional approach to my duties. I am organised, conscientious and accurate.Good organisational ability was essential in my last position, as I frequently had to arrange meetings, departmental seminars and presentations, as well as travel and accommodation for overseas visitors. I was responsible for all the administrative aspects of organising a conference attended by delegates. This involved arranging advertising, handling registrations, booking venues, accommodation, catering and entertainment, and ensuring that the conference ran smoothly.In my last job I regularly wrote letters and memos on behalf of my supervisor. In my last job good team work was vital to ensure that events are organised effectively, that reports are distributed on time and that the office runs smoothly. I have worked for the past 10 years, and previously in clerical and administrative positions in the private sector. I am familiar with various computer systems.
