About Me

Experienced localization and vendor manager.

As a localization coordinator and project manager, I have successfully managed complex localization projects for IT companies such as IBM and Sun Microsystems, coordinating teams of over 20 translators, in a traditional and crowdsourced model.

As a vendor manager, I have developed strategies for expanding the company's database of freelance collaborators while minimising acquisition costs, I have implemented a custom quality matrix for evaluating freelancers' performance and set the key performance indicators for the project management and translation teams.

Throughout my career, I have also worked extensively as a freelance translator, specializing in Information Technology and European Union matters (directives, environmental issues, human rights, etc.).
