About Me
I am a team player and a leader, and have the ability to interact and negotiate with people at all levels of a business and encourage my team towards goal delivery. Eight years management experience within a successful Publishing and Membership business;
working on increasing sales, profitability and improving overall business performance both offline and online. Five years experience within Financial Services with three years in consumer credit.
I have helped companies in highly competitive
industries to increase levels of acquisition, relationship, retention, loyalty, sales and profitability of customers by building statistical models aimed at analysing and forecasting customer behaviour. I have developed market intelligence systems to gather
information from competitors, industry and customers. I have developed segmentation systems of customers based upon different approaches to identify specific needs and their potential profitability, and designed strategies for implementation.
I
hold a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, and have completed a distance learning MBA at Henley Management College with final Dissertation titled “Leadership styles and their effect on employee organisational commitment and performance". My blending of numerical,
analytical and business skills gives me an advantageous position to solve marketing and managerial challenges where there is the need to exploit the available information to design more effective strategies.
