About Me

 Managed and led multiple projects simultaneously including ten medium (3 months) to long term (6 months) projects in financial services sector worth more than $3million and delivered these projects in budget and on-time for HSBC and provided IT advisory services on these projects within a matrix reporting structure.
 Business Process Mapping (BPM): The projects I led included projects relating to Business Transformation programmes, controls optimization, regulatory compliance, policies and procedures, shared services and increasing sales for HSBC using agile software development methodology.
 Responsible for Requirement Gathering , Project Planning , estimating ,Quality assurance and overall integrity of the programmes - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programmes; and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate technical and specialist standards
