About Me
Managed and led multiple projects simultaneously including ten medium (3 months) to long term (6 months) projects in financial services sector worth more than $3million and delivered these projects in budget and on-time for HSBC and provided IT advisory
services on these projects within a matrix reporting structure.
Business Process Mapping (BPM): The projects I led included projects relating to Business Transformation programmes, controls optimization, regulatory compliance, policies and procedures,
shared services and increasing sales for HSBC using agile software development methodology.
Responsible for Requirement Gathering , Project Planning , estimating ,Quality assurance and overall integrity of the programmes - focusing inwardly on
the internal consistency of the programmes; and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate technical and specialist standards
