About Me

I have just finished studying my final year of BSc Hons Degree and a graduate in Business Information Technology at De Montfort University in Leicester.

I am now looking for full time work, in which i could expand my experience in the career field of IT.

I have experience as a Internal I.T support at Abbey Primary School providing support to staff and children therefore great deal of communications skill are needed and to provide the best service and support making sure task and set deadlines are completed.

I believe i have great customer service skills, excellent telephone manner and i am able to multi-task i give 100% in all that i do.

I am a reliable, honest & hardworking individual. I am eager to learn, self-motivated and always complete tasks to set deadlines. I enjoy problem solving and rise to any challenges that may encounter. I have good communication skills allowing me to deal with customers enquire and problems in a polite manner and I am always willing to developed and learn new skills easily. I am punctual, well organise and have the ability to follow instructions and work with a wide range of people as well as my own initiative but also as a part of a team.
