About Me
I am curently working at Investor Compensation as a credit controller, working in a proffesional environment making and recieving inbound and oubound calls to clients, who have had succesful claims in regard with misselling of ppi and late payment charges,when
speaking to clients we educate them in regard with their accounts also provide a level of customer service.
we also action any correspondence recieved by clients, banks and debt management companies.
we have a
monthly target which needs to be achieved and at times it is necessary to work above the hours contracted in order to meet these targets, it involves team work and good communication skills within the department.
