About Me

Spent 22 years with BT dealing with all aspects of telephony which included the installation/repair of business systems, adsl, sdsl circuits and the installation of wireless/ethernet routers.I was in charge of a dedicated team of engineers dealing with all aspects of broadband and related products from the exchange to the end users premises.

The last 2 years were spent working with global services again providing broadband technical support and carrying out computer health checks at residential premises.

I have gained a lot of experience within the telecommunication industry .I am very customer focused and understand the value of giving good service and generating revenue for the company.
