About Me
Dear Sir/Madam
I have been looking for a growing organisation to enhance my experience and grow with the organisation. I have just finished my MSc Business and Management and I have 3 year working experience. I am adaptable, flexible,
and quick learner.
During my first degree in Business Administration and Finance, I have worked for 2 years as Financial Officer (part time). With my first degree I studied Banking Management, Portfolio Management and Investment Decisions.
I
am good at Human Resource Management, as I have an experience in HR administrator, and during my study, Human Resource Management was my strength area as well as Financial Management. During my dissertation I spent two month to investigate the performance
appraisal system in a telecommunication company (placement). I critically analysed the issues in the system, interviews HR managers, and suggested solutions for the company to utilize the outcomes from the performance appraisal system effectively.
I
feel confident to be an affective member of the human resource management team as well as the financial management team in your company, and I do not mind to start in any level.
I am very good at researching as well; my master has improved me a
lot. I feel I have much to offer, and hope that after considering my enclosed CV, you will agree that my experience is adequate.
