About Me
I have a wealth of experience within the Customer Service Sector both in a sales environment and in after sales. During my employment at Blackhorse Personal Finance, I was the first point of contact for all customers, contacting them to appoint them over the phone and then carrying out face to face interviews with them, also carrying out home visits whenever necessary. During my 6 and a half years with Thomas Cook Global Traveller Services. I was responsible for handling complaints, both written and verbal, ensuring a response was sent within 24 hours and investigating any issues that may have occurred. I was also responsible for providing any feedback and identifying any training needs, so regular communication between departments was imperative. More recently, having spent the last four and a half years in the Motor Industry, working with premium brands, I have had to deal with people from all walks of life on a daily basis so am used to communicating at all levels, working with demanding targets and strict deadlines. As a Business Manager it was key to not only obtain new business but retain existing customers so that they would return to us on a regular basis. A strong outgoing personality is a must in the motor industry especially in a Sales Role, it is imperative that a rapport is built up with the customer. At the moment I am currently temping to enable me to focus on finding a rewarding and suitable career
