Digital Markting Manager
About Me
After graduating with a B.S degree in International Marketing from Mälardalen University in Sweden, I left for the US to pursue a career in marketing. While holding a corporate marketing position at the Swedish supply chain software company Industri-Matematik (IMI), I supported the local sales offices and partners with marketing communications programs ensuring message consistency both within the organization and externally. I developed and managed the corporate B2B web site, negotiated contracts with vendors, initiated and managed electronic newsletters, supported the global software user community, and assisted in the development of marketing material. My desire to gain deeper digital marketing expertise encouraged me to pursue an ecommerce position with the French beauty care manufacturer Yves Rocher, where I was in charge of planning and executing campaigns driving online sales. During my employment with Yves Rocher, I gained valuable experience in direct marketing techniques. In 2004, I joined a top 25 interactive agency in Philadelphia, Refinery, where my role was to set the strategy and oversee interactive projects for the key client Campbell Soup Company. Working at the Interactive agency helped me develop leadership skills, ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines set by one of the world’s largest FMCG companies.
