About Me
I have a vast experience in the customer service industry as I have worked as an ESOL teacher for 5 years, in call centres doing both inbound/outbound calls and emails for 2 years and also as a shop assistant for 3 years. I have a real passion for communication
and interacting with people and am very enthusiastic about working in a team but also take my own initiative to solve problems.
I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, which could be a bonus to work on a multilingual
environment.
I have knowledge and experience on both internet and microsoft packages including presentations on power point and also on some office work such as taking phone calls, making photocopies and organising files, so I believe
that I can contribute a lot to your company.
