About Me
In 2005 I completed an MA in Fine Art at Sunderland University after graduating in 2004 with a BA in Art and Design obtaining a 2:1 and a distinction in Masters Fine Art.
After completing my MA I decided that I wanted to know more
about programming languages and coding so I went on to do an Msc in IT Application Development within which I had a chance to learn these things.
I am an IT Postgraduate with extensive experience in customer’s services related roles
such as IT, Graphic Design and Tickets Office . I have three years of experience providing a high – level of customer service as a ticket office clerk for transport for London.
In this role, I was selling travel tickets to passengers
from different background and cultures, doing customer services where I need to use my languages skills French and Italian to help customers with their journey queries.
I have been working as a teacher in several schools around London
teaching young students on a one to one basis. I managed to deliver teaching material to young students and deliver a session to in subjects related to Art and Design for disadvantage students. I have planned and organised materials related to primary schools
educations.
I am able to work well on own initiative and can demonstrate the high level of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively.
