• A full spectrum of administrative duties, including executive support, office
management, database administration, document preparation, travel/meeting coordination, project/program support, billing/invoicing, credit control, debt management, HR and payroll administration.
• Computer expertise with good command of Sage and
all MS Office programs and experience in MRM leisure management software configuration and implementation.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills with a proven ability of dealing with complaints either via phone or face to face
in a sensitive manner, ensuring that good relationships with general public are maintained.
• Exceptional communication skills with a very high level of spoken and written English, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish and experience in liaising with clients
at all levels with proven track of having supported international customers.
