A versatile, loyal, experienced and motivated person skilled in the key administrative areas of the small to medium sized company. Having strong interpersonal skills at all levels including listening, written and spoken communication. Effective customer service skills with excellent clerical and administrative ability. Can deal with stressful situations, researching and extracting relevant information as required. Additional to my own initiative am also a good team leader and player. Enjoy working at both strategic and hands on levels. Am proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly grasp basics of other software to effective levels of use. Whilst being open minded, attentive to detail, and displaying skills in diplomacy and tact am able to maintain a sense of humour.
