Assigned to Voice of America (an Entity within the Broadcasting Board of Governors – an Independent Federal Agency).

My responsibilities included:
• Successfully mastered processing various Human Resource documents (recording performance appraisals, same day pay, etc.)
• Filing location logistic and financial documents.
• Performed audits on locations logistics. Entering and amending data on purchase order vendor forms.
• Processed and transmitted cables to worldwide regional offices.
• Performed registration tasks in IMIUS (accounts receivable system), also process forms in PRISM (an e-government system used to create requisitions and vendor documents).
• Updated personnel files in regards to time and attendance issues, pay issues, position promotions, etc.
• Checked documents for accuracy and ensuring they are within established guidelines.
