About Me
I am a dedicated IT professional with extensive service management and service transformation experience. I have the advantage of having worked within a number of ISO 20000 certified environments where I have been able to leverage the benefits of the ITIL
best practice framework to meet business needs.
- I have been deployed within environments such as Professional Services, Retail, Logistics, Construction and lately Banking in Senior Service Delivery roles on large Managed Services contracts
(up to £100m) with up to 100,000+ users.
- I have become known as a cost reduction and service impact specialist by aligning contracts to cost models and leveraging maximum benefit from Shared Services. I have demonstrated this through
realised savings worth £millions during the last 2 years.
- I have managed three company’s I.T. Service Desks overseeing the development of ITIL based processes to large teams of analysts.
- I have managed and
negotiated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements, provided big budget P&L management (£millions), lead and supported large scale I.T. Service transition and development.
- My early career included seven years in Financial
Services where I was a fully qualified financial adviser. This time gave me a full professional experience of financial management and financial planning as well as working within direct customer facing roles, experience which has proved to be invaluable throughout
my IT career.
