About Me
Dear Sir/Madam, I am very interested in working as a PA in a permanent role as I would like to develop my professional career in this field. My previous work experience has prepared me well for this position as I am very competent at performing administrative duties such as answering incoming calls, typing, meeting arrangements, booking travels, preparing and booking meeting rooms, organizing agendas, filing documentation, arranging courier/post, data entry, meeting and greeting clients and other administrative and secretarial tasks and I have extensive experience dealing with and assisting customers. I consider myself very organized and efficient thanks to the different positions in teaching, reception, administration and working with the public as well. I have excellent communication skills in English, written and oral, as I have a degree in English language and literature. I also speak fluent Spanish to native level and some French and Italian. I am professional, proactive and positive with a friendly manner. I also have an immaculate presence and a good attention to detail.
