Dear Sir/Madame,

My name is Giovanni Conio and I graduated in January from the Msc in International Management at the Catholic University of Portugal. Given my strong interest in EWG Wealth and in the Wealth Management industry, I am sending this letter to apply for the trainee position advertised by your company on its website.


What I can offer to EWG are not only a solid analytic and quantitative knowledge developed through a Bachelor in Finance at Bocconi University and a Msc in International Management and Finance at the Catholic University of Portugal but also a strong motivation, ambition to succeed, determination and leadership. Moreover, during the last years I had the chance to gain valuable working experiences in consulting and financial investments working for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Uruguay and for the AICEP, the Portuguese agency of investments in Algeria. Those allowed me to develop a specific knowledge on companies’ valuation and financial analysis that will contribute to make me successful in the position I would cover. Furthermore, the international mindset and background that I matured in the last five years living on several countries as well as the consulting and financial international experiences I matured working with companies operating in emerging markets provided me with a superior ability of building relationships, networking and dealing with clients understanding their specific needs.
