About Me

A highly qualified and experienced Telecommunications Manager and Engineer specialising in total telecommunications network design and implementation. I have extensive knowledge of both Narrowband and Broadband network architectures across a wide range of technologies.
In my current role I manage a team of specialists providing Presales and Post sales support, who work closely with Account Managers to identify and develop business opportunities with key customers. My team is responsible for the design and validate Next Generation Networks, ensure consistent service delivery across new and legacy networks.
My role requires me to manage the combined sales of Optical, Access and Microwave products to UK customers, with responsibility for delivering against the Market Unit Budget, developing new solutions, setting revenue targets, guiding the design community, providing thought leadership for the future direction of the Market within the UK, whilist controlling the expenditure of my team. Additionally I am required to validate the suitability of solutions to inter-operate and deliver the relevant functionality.
Experienced in the Management, budget control, Guidance, and development of staff.
Additional knowledge and skills include project management, computing, transmission and switch planning , private customer network planning , PC LAN networks commissioning , PC LAN networks administration, and analogue private wire networks planning, provision, and commissioning .
