About Me

During the past 13 years I have been fortunate enough to be engaged in a number of roles from Technical, Bid, Programme and senior management / team management roles.

Being exposed to the above roles has enabled me to gain a first class understanding of how the whole e2e IT Service & Operations lifecycle relates and depends on each and every individual or team that are involved in delivering a service.

I am a very experienced team manager who really enjoys working with individuals to get the best from them and to ensure that where possible each and every person is adding value the organisation. I was employed at Cable & Wireless by a previous Aviva Manager who wanted me to come onboard and transform several under performing teams that had lacked strong team management.

One aspect of the people management that I enjoy greatly is working with colleagues and teams offshore to understand cultural differences and how the teams can be best utilised in a wider operational environment. I have been fortunate enough to spend periods of time based in India to help with the transition of staff and processes to improve service and operations.


Currently contracting for Fujitsu, I was specifically approached by Fujitsu to work on high profile Government accounts including Ministry of Justice and DVLA. Both of these roles have been aligned to service Transition and Bid management for new business.
