About Me
With thirteen years management and director experience specialising in supply chain management and e-commerce in logistics, industrial products and food. I have controlled procurement budgets of £60 million per annum, a product packing and distribution
site with 100 personnel and set up a new 10,000 sq. ft. green field logistics centre distributing into Europe.
This is combined with 18 months experience in establishing an e-business organisation with a development budget of over £1.5m.
I set up a London head office and established a high calibre supply chain team to develop and manage a broad B2B e-commerce offering for industries including logistics, construction, printing and aerospace.
My procurement experience has
been global and customers have included Tesco, Sainsbury, British Airways, Ryder Truck, Unipart International (Supplier of the Year Award) and other engineering
companies.
In 1999 I set up the green field site that involved merging
three separate logistics centres whilst maintaining the supply chain of 12,000 products and a turnover increase from £7 million to £13 million.
